Every time you open or close a position on a crypto exchange, you pay a trading fee (typically 0.04–0.1% of the notional value). SplitFee receives an affiliate rebate from the exchange for the volume traded through our platform and passes the majority of that rebate back to you as daily cashback.

Do I need to create a new exchange account?

It depends. Cashback is only available for accounts registered under our referral link. If your existing account was already created through our ref code, you can connect it directly. Some exchanges also allow switching the referral partner — check your exchange's settings. Otherwise, you'll need a new account registered via SplitFee to be eligible for cashback.
